This swishy blue crepe fringe number looks like it was probably hand made in the 60’s or 70’s. Flapper style shift with a drop waist in beautiful royal blue with gorgeous nylon fringe at the neckline, arm holes and drop waist to hem. This party dress is slip on style with no closure and is lined in black. There is substantial seam allowance throughout allowing for some alteration options. Very Good vintage condition.
