This ultrabright and unique dress appears to be handmade and is absolutely stunning in person. I’m not sure if this beauty was made in the 60’s or 70’s because she has elements of both. The balloon sleeves are fantastic and, as you can see, were created using both the black and the patterned fabric so that when your arms are at your sides they line up with the bodice/skirt line. Featuring a low v-neck, empire waist, wrist length balloon sleeves with elastic and a rear zipper. Excellent Vintage condition. Polyester/Poly Blend
