This gorgeous dress is most likely 80’s does 40’s but it has such a fantastic look. The fabric is navy with gold lured throughout and gold chain accents with clear rhinestone flowers on the shoulder straps. The dress looks like a top and skirt but is all one piece lined fully in deep blue. Tagged Huey Waltzer for Sax Fifth Avenue 2X. The fabric has quite a bit of stretch and the dress is in Very Good a vintage condition.
Measurements taken laying flat and unstretched, when stretched I would estimate at least another 3-4” could be added:
