This dress looks like it’s made for a night out dancing. Electric blue polyester with an elastic waist, matching belt with large gold buckle and a zipper down the back. Up close the fabric looks like multiple shades of blue in blended stripes The dress has long sleeves and shoulder pads. Tagged Henry Lee size 16. Excellent vintage condition.
