This is a beautiful 1940’s style dress in deep blue heavy velour fabric. The dress features a bluish silver accent at the neck with silver beading and rhinestones creating a leaf and floral design. This would be a perfect dress for a holiday party or any fancy dress occasion. No tags, possibly handmade. Excellent vintage condition.
