A beauty in need of repair. This dress is so cute and perfect for a party but it needs some TLC. There is some discoloration on the skirt that is not super noticeable because of the sheen. The attached crinoline has come apart at the zipper area and could either be repaired or removed. I think some embellishments (beads/appliqués/sequins) could make this dress fabulous.
