It’s a Lehigh! This is a beautiful dress that looks like a skirt and top, but it’s all one piece. The sheer pastel floral top fits like a blouse and is accented at the waist by a black tie belt and the skirt is black. The top has a v- neck and balloon sleeves with elastic at the wrists. Zipper down the back for closure. Excellent vintage condition.
