Tagged Made in California by Shirt Dresses, Inc. This is a beautiful 60’s dress in navy blue with tiny polka dots a tie belt waist and two front pockets. This adorable dress buttons about halfway down the front and has long sleeves and button cuffs. The dress has a light silky feel. Excellent vintage condition.
